Customer Service
Shipping Information

FREE SHIPPING!

We'll ship your order to you, anywhere in the USA, absolutely FREE. It's our way of thanking you for ordering and for your future business as well.

Standard Shipping

While every customer has unique needs and expectations, we have found that many prefer that we use the most economical method for shipment available. That is why we normally ship through the US Postal Service, even though it is often not the fastest method.

Standard economy ground shipping by USPS Parcel Post is free with every online order. Normal delivery time for this method is 2 to 3 weeks from the date your package is shipped.

Expedited Delivery Services

We are ready to respond quickly if you desire more expeditious delivery. When ordering online, you will be presented with a choice of available expedited methods in Step 2 of checkout. When you place your order by phone, our telephone operators are available to assist you whenever you prefer to send your order via one of our faster methods such as Priority Mail, UPS, or Federal Express.

Please note: When shipping by UPS or Federal Express, we must have a physical street address as these services will not deliver to a Post Office box.

Also, Priority Service is the only faster service available for offshore zip codes (which include Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Mariana Islands, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Palau, and Samoa).

Handling

There is a nominal handling fee included in each order that we process. This amount helps defray a small portion of the expense we incur in expediting your order through our system and carefully hand-packing your merchandise.

Shipment to Multiple Addresses

You can have your merchandise shipped to more than one address for an additional charge. This service is available on internet and phone orders only. Call our operator for complete information.

International Shipping

We ship to US Postal Service zip codes only; sorry, no international addresses. We will ship to APOs and FPOs, but shipment to these addresses must be via the US Postal Service.
